Terms of service
Veltra by Chadura · Last updated 25 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (or the organization you sign up for) and [CHADURA LEGAL NAME] (“Chadura”, “we”), a company registered in India at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], about your use of Veltra, the website at theveltra.com and the Veltra studio. By creating an account or paying for a plan you accept them.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
1. The service
Veltra is software that helps you plan, produce, review and publish videos to YouTube channels you control. It drafts scripts with AI models, adds voiceover, captions, scenes and music, and uploads videos to YouTube only after a person in your workspace approves them. Features are described on our website and in the guides and may change as we improve the product. We don't promise any number of views, subscribers, revenue or approval by YouTube.
2. Accounts and your workspace
- Veltra is invite-only until public launch. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
- Keep your password and API tokens safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite and the roles you give them.
- The workspace owner and admins control billing, members and channels for the organization.
3. Plans, credits and the free trial
- Plans, prices, included channels, seats and monthly video credits are listed on the pricing page. Prices in Indian rupees include GST. Prices in US dollars exclude local taxes; Paddle adds any sales tax or VAT due, and may show the price in your local currency, at checkout.
- A credit is used when a video's first build succeeds (a Short uses 1 credit, a long video up to 10 minutes uses 5). Rebuilds of the same video after review notes are free up to 5 times; each further 5 rebuilds use the video's price once. Failed builds don't use credits.
- Plan credits renew at the start of each billing period and don't carry over. Annual plans receive the year's credits at the start of the year. Credit packs expire 12 months after purchase. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
- New workspaces may get a 14-day trial with 3 Short credits and no card. We may limit trials to prevent abuse.
- Founding pricing (25% off the plan price) applies to subscriptions started before public launch and lasts while that subscription stays active. It ends if the subscription is cancelled or lapses for more than 30 days.
4. Payments and renewal
- Orders are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates), our reseller and merchant of record, which handles payments, tax and invoices. When you pay, you buy from Paddle under the Paddle buyer terms, and Paddle's refund policy also applies. We don't receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled, and you authorize the recurring charge (a card, or a UPI AutoPay mandate where Paddle offers UPI) when you subscribe. Indian card and UPI mandates follow RBI's e-mandate rules, which may ask you to approve some renewals.
- If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it. Your plan keeps working during the retry period; if every retry fails, building new videos pauses until you pay or choose another plan. Your content is kept.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged for the rest of the current period; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to an existing subscription.
- Paddle issues a tax invoice for every charge and sends it to your billing email; you can also download invoices in Settings, Billing. Add your GSTIN, VAT number or other tax ID at checkout to have it printed on the invoice.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time in Settings, Billing. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Delivery of the service
Veltra is delivered online. Access to the features of your plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed (usually within a few minutes) and credits appear in your workspace at the same time. Nothing is shipped physically.
7. Your content
- Your scripts, videos, logos, music and other material belong to you (or your licensors). You give us the permission we need to host, process and render it to provide the service, and to upload it to YouTube when you approve.
- You're responsible for having the rights to everything you upload or ask Veltra to use, for the accuracy of what your videos say, for disclosing synthetic or altered content where YouTube requires it, and for following YouTube's terms and policies.
- AI-drafted text can be wrong. Review every video before you approve it.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use Veltra to make or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harassing, that impersonates real people without consent, or that is spam or mass-produced in breach of YouTube's policies. Don't attack, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service, or share accounts to get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
9. Third-party services
Veltra connects to services you choose, such as YouTube (Google), AI model providers, voice providers and Paddle. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for their availability or actions. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC; Veltra isn't affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Veltra available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, except where an Enterprise agreement says otherwise. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid service entirely, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost revenue, including YouTube monetization decisions. [COUNSEL TO REVIEW LIMITATION AND INDEMNITY WORDING]
12. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Veltra and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end an account for serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where practical. After closure we keep data only as the privacy notice and tax law require.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have where you live. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to resolve the issue.
